Hi, I’m Rachel (with my Labradoodle Oakley)!

I believe nothing in life matters more than prioritising your mental and physical health.

I’m a trained Counsellor (see certified badge, which I’m very super proud of), Mindfulness Coach, and Yoga Teacher.

Over the past 20+ years, I’ve worked with families experiencing stress, trauma, and burnout—and I’ve faced my own stress and burnout.

Today, I’m in a fabulous place in my life, and I love supporting others who are experiencing stress and overwhelm, helping them build micro-skills and tools for greater emotional balance during challenging times.

When stress is persistent, it affects every. part. of. life — energy, sleep, focus, health, relationships, finances, and overall wellbeing.

In our counselling sessions, we’ll explore:

  • Your unique energy and stress patterns and triggers

  • The 5F stress responses: Fight, Flight, Freeze, Fawn, Flop

  • How to bring mindfulness, breathwork, yoga, grounding, and nervous system regulation tools into your life to calm and ground your body —even during stressful times

  • How to build self-trust, confidence, and emotional steadiness to move toward your soul-aligned life

  • Fee: $220 per session
