About Coastal Wellbeing
Hi, I’m Rachel.
I’ve worked with parents and families for over 20 years in various family support roles. I currently work as a counsellor, yoga teacher and mindfulness coach.
I’ve navigated my own experience with chronic stress, anxiety, depression and burnout many times. Learning to integrate into my life micro-practices such as Mindfulness and Grounding Skills, Yoga & Nervous System Regulation, has been key to boosting my mental health and living a more balanced grounded joyful life.
I support adults to understand their stress response, reduce overwhelm and move towards their version of a soul-aligned life.
Together, we’ll build a personalised wellbeing toolbox — filled with practical, body-based strategies you can return to when life feels challenging.
The goal is to leave sessions feeling more equipped, more grounded, and more connected to yourself.
I combine counselling with mindfulness, breath-work, and nervous system support — so you can feel more resourced, and more aligned with you.
Sessions are a great way to reset and explore what works for you.
