All sessions are held online via a secure video calling platform.

The link to access your video call will be emailed to you when you make a booking.

To change your booking: Click the reschedule link in your booking email

To cancel & gain a full refund - Click the cancel link in your booking email. You must give 24 hours notice to cancel and receive a full refund

No Refund is given - if you cancel under 24 hours before your booking

This form contains documents consisting of our legal requirements regarding confidentiality.
