1. ATTENDANCE AND CANCELLATION POLICY
All counselling sessions with Coastal Wellbeing are held online via an online video calling software. Using video calling is easy, safe and completely confidential.
If you are not familiar with using video calling, please email us for support to coastalwellbeingco@gmail.com and make time ahead of the scheduled appointment for us to walk you through the steps of logging in.
A link to log into the online video calling session will be sent to you the day before your appointment.
We want to ensure all our clients are ready and comfortable when it comes to your appointment time.
If tech or internet glitches occur, or if an individual does not have access to internet or a suitable device, we have the option of switching to a phone session.
Please attend all online sessions on a desktop or laptop computer - not a mobile device or tablet where possible.
Mobile devices can be unstable and cause an unnecessary distraction during the call.
Arrange to be in a room where you will not be distracted by day to day household/other activities and where you are able to have your webcam on.
All payments for sessions must be paid in full when booking your session online.
Any changes to session times and cancellations of sessions need to be made with 24 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiting the session.
A cancellation without 24 hours’ notice will incur the cost of the full session.
It is your responsibility to be aware of and diarise the sessions you book so that you do not miss any.
