All counselling sessions are held online via a video call.
You will be sent a link to join the video call the day before your appointment.

To change your booking: Click the reschedule link in your booking email

To cancel & gain a full refund- Click the cancel link in your booking email.
You must give 24 hours notice to cancel and receive a full refund

No Refund is given - if you cancel under 24 hours before your booking
