All counselling sessions are held online via video call. A link will be sent to join the video call the day before your session.

To change your booking: Click the reschedule link in your booking email
To cancel your booking - Click the cancel link in your booking email.
You must give 24 hours notice to cancel and receive a full refund.
No Refund is given - if you cancel under 24 hours before your booking
